Aquatennial returns July 24-27
Don’t miss out on the Minneapolis Aquatennial this July 24-27! Enjoy a jam-packed four days featuring 30 events, beginning Wednesday, July 24 with the Life Time Torchlight 5K at 7:30 pm and the CenterPoint Energy Torchlight Parade at 8:30 pm. This year’s Life Time Torchlight 5K and CenterPoint Energy Torchlight Parade will both take a new route through downtown Minneapolis, beginning at the Minneapolis Convention Center and heading down 2nd Street. The CenterPoint Energy Torchlight Parade will wrap up at 3rd Street, and the Life Time Torchlight 5K will follow West River Parkway and end at Boom Island. Stop by the Loring Park Pre-Parade Family Fun Night from 6-8 pm on Wednesday, July 24 for fun activities for all ages kicking off the Aquatennial celebration.
